MORRIS SHUNICK
was the third son of David to come to America. He was born about
1830 in Ireland. He married Bridget BOOZAN about 1860-1 and they had one son,
Morris, who was born in 1862. Morris, Sr. was
said to have been killed in a barroom fight. He was not living at the time of
the 1870 census of Warren County, Illinois. His wife, Bridget, had remarried to
Morris LEE. Bridget and Morris LEE were the parents of: Maggie (1864), John born
Sept 1865, John died in 1919. Richard (1866) and died in 1949, Hannah (1868),
died in Sept 1926, William (1871), Michael (1874) and Myrtlel born 1871 and died
in 1958. Richard, Hanora, and Mrytle buried in St. Mary’s Cemetery in
Monmouth, Illinois MORRIS SHUNICK,
JR. married Mary Ellen MURRAY in 1889. They were the parents of the
